NeuroCognitive Flow Rate
OVERVIEW
By measuring neuro-cognitive flow rates in your brain we are able to more closely determine how quickly your brain is able to be trained in new tasks, how long if may take for your brain to concentrate and focus. These tests are the first steps in trying to quantify how long it may take your brain to get into the zone or focus and be ready to perform at the highest levels. Calming your thoughts are critical components when competing.
WHY
Why would you do this test? Neurocogitive flow rate testing helps athletes identify when their brain has reached a state of calmness and focus and understanding how that process takes for them. By measuring brain waves simultaneously while perform a few relaxing exercises, we can determine when their brains have reached a calm.
RECOMMENDED
Who is this test recommended for? Neurocognitive flow rate testing is recommended for every athlete regardless of age or sport they play.
HOW OFTEN
How often should you repeat this test? We recommend neurocognitive flow rate testing every 6-12 months, unless the athlete has difficulty concentrating or attaining focus.
BODY PARTS
Which body parts are or can be tested? The brain is the only part tested.
RESULTS
What are the results of this test? The results will help athletes determine two primary objectives. First being how long it takes their brain to reach a state of calm, and learn not to rush it. Secondly, is what it feels like when their brain has reached a state of calm so they are able to reproduce these results before a big race or game.
SUMMARY
What does this help to improve? By understanding how to calm the nerves or more importantly their brain before a competition should result in helping them control the chaos frequently displayed by athletes before a competition.
