Scans may help us determine if your training regiment is actually making you stronger or faster.

​Why would you do this test? The full body composition test, provides an accurate, in-depth body composition analysis of your fat, muscle, bone and water mass. This can be used to identify health risks and pinpoint problems in the body before they occur and track performance improvements.

Who is this test recommended for? A full body composition scan is recommended for every athlete of any age regardless of the sport they play or they compete in.

HOW OFTEN
How often should you repeat this test? A full body composition is recommended to be completed every month to track the progress. Identifying increases in percentages of muscle mass, body fat and water levels are critical to determine if your training is on the right path.
